*Why do I list all the Catholic holy days? I'm not just
Catholic, I sing in my church choir. So I put these days on the calendar to
remind myself that I'm occupied those days (although I've made a habit of
tasting barleywines on the afternoon of Easter Vigil for about 7 years now).
Also, the European brewing calendar often centered heavily on these major feast
